Dr. Betty P J is an accomplished figure in the field of education, with a career spanning over two decades. She has held key positions at Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, including serving as a Member of the Board of Studies (2014-17) and as a Faculty of Education (2017-20).In her current role as a Research Guide at the School of Pedagogical Sciences, M G University, Kottayam, Dr.Betty guides research  scholars and facilitates cutting-edge research. Her guidance extends beyond academia, as she has been actively involved in shaping the academic and professional trajectories of M.Ed students since 2008.Dr. Betty’s commitment to innovative pedagogy is evident through her leadership in a  project focused on enhancing the mathematical skills of primary school students.
