Right to Information (Statutory Declaration Under Sec-4(1)(B) of RTI Act 2005)

The Right to Information of RTI Act 2005 makes it binding for all organisations termed as Public Authority to provide information to the citizens in matters they have asked for and thus ensure transparency and accountability in the discharge of their functioning.

Keeping to the above Act, St Joseph College of Teacher Education for Women, Ernakulam, herein termed as the Public Authority obliges to provide information to the citizens in matters sought by them through the State Information Commission. The Principal of the Public authority will be the First Appellate Authority, Associate professor will be the Public Information Officer and the Superintendent the Assistant Public Information Officer.
