Dr. Marin Jose is a senior faculty in Education in St. Joseph College of Teacher Education for Women Ernakulam, Kerala affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University Kottayam.
Dr. Marin Jose has been working as an Associate Professor in the B.Ed. Department since 14th August 2003. Her areas of specialization/ research are Educational Technology (e-Learning), Special Education and English Education.
She has successfully completed a State level Research Project titled ‘Effectiveness of e-learning on the Achievement of Students with reading and writing disorders in English’ funded by Centre for Disability Studies (CeDS), (A Govt. of Kerala Undertaking).
Her Technical skills includes: Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Flash with Script, Adobe Indesign, PHP, DATABASE, JAVASCRIPT, Joomla, Moodle, SPSS,R, and Python.
She has presented many papers, attended and conducted many international, national and state level conferences, seminars and workshops and published numerous research articles. She also acted as resource person in various programmes. She is having professional affiliation with AIAER, AKTCTA, CTEF., CEAM, and AIACHE,.
Dr. Marin Jose was a Fulltime UGC-Junior Research Fellow for Doctoral research in Education at R.I.E. Mysore in 2000 before she worked as Higher Secondary School Teacher (English) in St.George Higher Secondary School Aruvithura from 2000 to 2003 and currently working as Assistant Professor in Education at St. Joseph College of Teacher Education for Women, Ernakulam , Kerala since 2003.
